Compliance Readiness & Reputation Audit

Find out what is shown when people and AI search for your company.
DO IT BEFORE

Before

an investor commits

a bank approves your account

a partner signs, someone searches you

What they find in those first few minutes determines what happens next. A gap in your digital profile. A negative article from three years ago. An AI summary built on incomplete information. A database entry that hasn’t been updated since the company restructured.

These things don’t disappear on their own, and they surface at exactly the wrong moment.

Our Reputation Readiness Audit is the first step in building reputational security. It finds these risks first, so you can decide what to do about them before anyone else does.

Check Everything We Can

What we analyze

01

Forums, communities & peer review platforms

We check what is being said about your company on Reddit, Quora, industry forums, expat communities, and peer review platforms like Trustpilot and G2. These sources don’t appear in standard media monitoring – but they are read by partners, clients, and due diligence teams who treat peer opinion as independent evidence.

02

Search engines and page-one results

We review what appears when someone searches your company name, your founders, and your key executives. What ranks on page one, what’s buried, what’s missing, and what raises questions before a single conversation has happened. In any search engine – Google, Bing, Yahoo, and more.

03

AI-generated answers

We test what ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and other AI platforms say about your company in different geos and languages. AI answers are increasingly used by decision-makers as a first reference – and most companies have never checked what those answers say.

04

Founders, shareholders, and executive profiles

Individual digital footprints matter as much as corporate ones. We assess how key people appear across search, social platforms, and public databases – because compliance checks always include the people behind the business.

05

Media coverage and narrative signals

We review recent and historical media mentions – tone, source authority, narrative patterns. A single article in the wrong publication, or an otherwise neutral piece with the wrong framing, can create a lasting risk signal.

06

Public databases, directories, and registries

We check KYC, AML, sanctions, and watchlist databases. We verify what’s recorded, what’s missing, and whether any entries create unnecessary risk flags in a banking or compliance context.

07

Compliance-relevant sources

We cover every source that surfaces in a formal banking, investment, or partner due diligence check – including sources that many reputation audits don’t reach.

08

Review platforms and social signals

We look at what real people are saying about your company and how that signal is read by a due diligence team that may treat it as evidence.

Purpose

What you get

A clear, prioritized report. Not a list of problems – a structured picture of where you stand, what’s working against you, and what needs to happen first.

We walk you through it together. No jargon, no overwhelming spreadsheets. A real conversation about what we found and what it means for your business, your banking relationships, and your upcoming due diligence.

The audit also serves as the foundation for any further work. If we identify risks, we can move directly into strategy and implementation – or hand you a clear brief to act on independently.

mission

What the audit covers for companies in regulated environments

For FinTech, crypto, and financial services companies, the audit goes deeper than a standard reputation check. We look at the specific signals that compliance teams at banks are trained to flag: negative media in jurisdictions where you operate, entries in risk and adverse media databases, discrepancies between your stated corporate structure and what public registries show, and individual profiles for founders and shareholders.

We also test what AI platforms say about your company – because compliance teams increasingly use AI tools as part of their initial review. If ChatGPT gives a vague or negative summary, that matters.

target

Who is this for

Companies preparing for investment rounds or banking relationships in new jurisdictions

Businesses dealing with negative search results or unwanted media coverage

Founders who want to understand their digital exposure before entering new markets

Organizations preparing for a formal compliance or regulatory review

Companies that haven’t reviewed their digital reputation in over a year

You receive a prioritized report. We can then move directly into strategy and implementation, or you can take the findings and act independently. There’s no obligation to continue – the audit stands on its own.
